Free shipping is available for all orders over $80.

All orders are processed within 48 hours upon payment confirmation.

We ship to most countries around the world. Estimated delivery time: 8‑16 business days for Asian countries, 12‑20 business days for Europe and the Americas.

Once your parcel is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address.

Customers are responsible for all import customs duties.

VAT for orders shipped to European countries shall also be borne by customers.

‑ If you have submitted an incorrect shipping address, we will reach out via email to check if you need to update your address details.

In the event that your package is lost in transit, you are eligible to choose between reshipment or a full refund.
