Q1: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Free shipping applies to orders $80+. For orders under $80, shipping fee is $20 for Asia and $25 for North America, Oceania & Europe, South America & Africa.
Q2: Where do you ship and how long does delivery take?
A: Our inventory is stored in our own warehouse in China, and all parcels ship directly from China. We ship to most countries worldwide. Estimated delivery time: 8‑16 business days for Asian countries, 12‑20 business days for Europe and the Americas.
Q3: What happens for failed delivery or incorrect shipping address?
A: If delivery fails, we will contact you by email promptly to work out a solution. If you entered an incorrect shipping address, we will email you to confirm whether you need to update your address information.
Q4: What if my parcel is lost or missing during transit?
A: If your package gets lost in transit, you may choose either reshipment or a full refund.
Q5: What is your ongoing gift promotion?
A: This offer is available for all customers. Orders subtotal $80–$199.99 get a free pair of random-color socks. Orders over $200 receive a free bra in random color. This is an ongoing promotion with no scheduled end date.
Q6: Can I choose the color of my free gift?
A: Free gifts are shipped in random colors. We are unable to accommodate specific color requests for complimentary socks or bras.
Q7: Does the free gift need to be returned if I send back my order?
A: If your order subtotal drops below the promotion threshold after returns, we reserve the right to ask you to return the complimentary gift.
Q8: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days after receiving your item to submit a return request. Q9: Who covers the return shipping cost?
A: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Q10: When will I receive my refund after you get my returned package?
A: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will inform you whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks or card issuers may need extra time to process the funds. If 15 business days have passed after approval and you still have not received the refund, please email contact@theblender.com.cn.
Q11: What should I do if my item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect?
A: Please check your package right after delivery. Reach out to us immediately if your goods are damaged, defective or wrong, so we can resolve the issue.

A: The quickest way to exchange goods is to submit a return for your current item. Once your return is accepted, place a new separate order for the replacement product.
