We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you may submit a return request within 30 days after receiving your items.

To be eligible for returns: products must be kept in the original condition as received, unworn and unused, with original tags intact and original packaging preserved. You also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we approve your return request, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions for sending your parcel. We do not accept packages returned without prior return authorization.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If items are defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess and resolve the issue.

Certain goods cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers and plants), custom-made products (special orders or personalized goods), and personal care items (beauty products). We also cannot accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gas products. Please contact us if you have questions regarding specific items.

We regret that promotional items and gift cards are non-refundable and non-returnable.

The fastest way to get the items you want is to complete a return, then place a new order once your return has been approved.

Notwithstanding the above provisions, if goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order or return items within 14 days without giving any reason. As stated above, items must be kept in the original received condition, unworn and unused, with tags attached and original packaging intact. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your returned goods and inform you whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please be aware that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
